I can’t say enough great things about my experience working with Slawek Platta at his law firm. What stood out to me the most was how knowledgeable he was about labor laws in New York and the process in which to file and care for a workers compensation case.
I’d like to share my experience thoroughly, if anyone has doubts about retaining a lawyer. I called a few law firms before choosing Platta. Not once did they allow me to speak with an actual lawyer. I was put on hold, transferred, and asked the same questions over and over again.
I was in a bad bicycle accident when a car door opened out of nowhere and I got injured pretty severely. Then a couple of people from my community recommended Platta and they all were very happy with him. I must say that I am very pleased with him as well after everything.
I was visiting New York City as a tourist and tripped on carpeting at a hotel lobby. Because of some weird laws, they said it’s not a case, but after doing in depth research, I saw this law firm handled similar cases and decided to call.
