Back in January of 2022 I was struck by a car while training (by walking) for my next half marathon race. I was planning on walking 10 miles that day as I had already done 8 miles earlier in the week. I run / jog races for sport and by this day I had completed 99 races and had planned on doing my 100th race soon.
