First off they are very professional in listening to your gripes against whatever you are needing with. Don't feel afraid to speak up against ppl who are treating you unjust. Because we all have to understand.
Everyone is very friendly and nice . It's just taking a long time to get finished. There should be no problem with this case the person hit a ambulance not once but twice.
