This is just the beginning of a process, but hopefully it will all go as smoothly as my initial interactions.
Ameera with in-take made getting started on my accident case so quick and painless. Unlike the wreck lol. Then I had further questions I forgot to ask Ameera, so I called back and got Ryan on their legal side. He answered my questions without issue and was extremely nice. Great customer service.
I was very pleased with the way she explained things to me during my case review and when I told her that I have had issues previously with lawyers, she made me feel much better about hiring them as my lawyers and she was very patient and helpful.
