Let’s start off by saying that filing a State of California Subsequent Injuries Benefit Trust Fund (SIBTF) claim and navigating the subsequent process is very complex and probably needless to say, slow. On top of the usual legal bureaucracy Covid hit and significantly impacted getting timely court dates.
