In summary, I recommend getting an attorney, and I highly recommend Joe. This is the first time I have needed a personal injury attorney. You want someone with experience on both sides of the industry (insured and insurance Co.), someone sharp/quick on their toes, and someone who is aggressive when needed.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From my very first call with Joe Higuera to the moment I received my settlement check, the Higuera Law Offices team was exceptional.
Most of the time the sequel isn’t as good as the original. With regard to Joe Higuera and his office team that is not true. The sequel is every bit as good as the original, maybe better. (Unfortunately for me) this is the second time I have been involved in a auto accident that required Joe’s services.
Joe and his staff are amazing. I 150% recommend this law office. Let me start by saying Joe is one of the most stand up, honest and trustworthy lawyers i have ever had the pleasure of knowing. When i was in a bad accident, they helped me handle everything. Sent me to the best doctors.
