They let me know what to expect, which relieved me with so much stress from the stress, I was already in. Monique was very very helpful, she was always on top of giving me updates. I was treated as if I were family.
Despite the difficult situation I was put in (car wreck) Deidra was amazing to work with! She helped me every step of the way and made the process easy. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. The office staff was always so friendly and welcoming.
