Lori 💕 I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for everything you’ve done for me throughout this long and exhausting process. Navigating my car accident over the past three and a half years has been incredibly stressful, and your guidance, knowledge, and steady support truly made all the difference.

I cannot thank Ryan Swapp and Jenny Faddis enough. Getting into a car accident was one of the most stressful times of my life, but hiring Craig Swapp & Associates was the best decision I made. They navigated the complicated insurance claims, handled the paperwork, and dealt with the medical providers directly.

Well.. I must start off by saying this whole accident thing has been a roller-coaster of a ride. My wife and I were in a automobile accident wasn't our fault.. Never is. The insurance company's really do give you the runaround. Not very helpful not interested in helping you ever.

8/12/25 I attended a Back to School event where Craig Swapp & Associates had a table with great backpacks filled with many school supplies for kids for free. The 2 young representatives from the firm, Grace & Tayah, provided excellent customer service and information as well as presentation materials.
